Our client is searching for a vibrant disciplined and focused person for the role of Credit Controller

Duties and Responsibilities
Increase cash flow through low DSO and meeting the department standard as per KPI&rsquos
Telephonic and email collections
Reconciliation of customer accounts cash and shop accounts
Allocation of payments
Liaison with customers Customer Sales Consultants and Area Sales Manager&rsquos
Query resolution
Releasing of orders as per company procedures
Phoning all on hold orders
Minimize bad debts by consistent followup of delinquent accounts
Opening of new accounts and reacts
Credit vetting of accounts
Increasing credit limits according to company procedures and policies
Handling cash transactions according to company procedures and policies
Daily and monthly reporting to Customer Sales Consultants and Area Sales Manager&rsquos
Preparation of legal accounts to Legal Department
Branch Controllers to assist with Petty Cash
Ad hoc duties as required by management
May be required to work overtime hours

Requirements
Must reside within the Kempton Park area with a max of 30km radius
Minimum of 3 years&rsquo experience as a Credit Controller
Must have experience in recons
Matric or equivalent
South African Citizen
Must be fully conversant in English and Afrikaans
No Criminal Record or Charges
Clear credit history
